If you sadly wish to return your item in touch within 7 days of receipt. We will do a refund minus original posting stage cost, as long as the item is posted via special delivery (insured at £2500 and tracked) and in the same condition.

Please note if an item has been altered for you it will not be eligible for a refund.

If you think your item has been damaged in transit please contact us within 24hrs with a photograph as all delivers are insured.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a fully insured, secure and signed-for delivery service.

We will send your product as soon as payments have cleared. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Orders placed Monday to Friday should arrive in 3-5 days (excluding Saturday and Sundays).

Overseas can take up to 3-4weeks depdending on location. Please ensure you are aware of VAT, Customs and Import charges for where you live as this will be the buyer's responsibility to pay.
