PAYMENTS

We accept payment by the following credit and debit cards in store and on our website. 
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron and American Express. Payment by PayPal is accepted online only. 

If you wish to change or add to your order you can do so by visiting the shop or email. Any changes however could delay the full order.

If you wish to cancel an order please contact immediately to arrange a refund or exchange.

SHIPPING

Items over £100 are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a fully insured, secure and signed for delivery service.
Proof of posting and tracking number will be sent to you.
Items under £100 are sent First Class Recorded

We will send your product as soon as payments have cleared. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Orders placed Monday to Friday should arrive in 3-5 days (excluding Saturday and Sundays).

Overseas can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on location. Please ensure you are aware of  VAT, Customs and Import charges for where you live as this will be the buyer's responsibility to pay.

RETURNS

If you sadly wish to return your item in touch within 7 days of receipt. We will do a refund minus original posting. 

stage cost, as long as the item is posted via special delivery (insured and tracked) and in the same condition. 

If you think your item has been damaged in transit please contact us within 24hrs with a photograph as all delivers are insured

Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Altered (including resizing) and engraved items are also non returnable.

Bespoke items are also exempt from return and exchange under any circumstances due to this item not being standard stock, this has been made for you.

We do not accept returns of any items that have been worn.

Items can be returned direct to Horners Jewellers within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.  Please address your returned package to:

Within the package make sure you have relevant documentation for the refund process (original receipt and return reference number)
