If you sadly wish to return your item in touch within 7 days of receipt. We will do a refund minus the original posting stage cost, as long as the item is posted via special delivery (insured and tracked) and in the same condition.

Please note if an item has been altered or engraved for you it will not be eligible for a refund.

If you think your item has been damaged in transit please contact us within 24hrs with a photograph as all deliveries are insured.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a fully insured, secure and signed-for delivery service.

We will send your product as soon as payments have cleared. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Orders placed Monday to Friday should arrive in 3-5 days (excluding Saturday and Sundays).

Overseas can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on location. Please ensure you are aware of VAT, Customs and Import charges for where you live as this will be the buyer's responsibility to pay.
